Aplicación de herramientas de control estandarizado de la calidad para reducir costos en una empresa odontológica "O&B", 2022

The present research aims to define the quality control tools to be used in order to reduce costs at the dental clinic "O&B." To achieve this, a diagnosis of the current situation was conducted, revealing that the customer service area has the highest level of criticality due to the number of dissatisfied customers. The research also details the problems negatively affecting the clinic's profitability, such as the lack of maintenance for clinical equipment, inventory planning issues, insufficient staff training on the use of clinical equipment, and deficiencies in the waiting room service. Furthermore, a proposal for methodologies and tools to control operational processes is put forward. These methodologies are designed to ensure that customers feel satisfied with the professional care and service they receive.
