Aplicación móvil para mejorar el Reclutamiento de Personas con Discapacidad Física y Sensorial en La Libertad

The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of a mobile application designed as a job bank for people with physical and sensory disabilities in the La Libertad region. A quantitative methodology with a pre-experimental design and descriptive scope was adopted. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire applied to 20 people with disabilities, selected by non-probabilistic convenience sampling. Data analysis was performed using the XLSTAT tool and the Wilcoxon statistical test, considering four key indicators: degree of user satisfaction, number of job opportunities, compliance with functional requirements and compliance with accessibility standards. The results showed increases of 77.35% in satisfaction, 47.62% in job opportunities, 66.67% in functional compliance and 34.85% in accessibility. It is concluded that the application had a positive impact on the labor inclusion of people with physical and sensory disabilities, by significantly improving both the perception of satisfaction and the availability of employment opportunities.
