N2 - Research in education allows us to know multiple factors that allow us to know its level of implementation, the different aspects from the perspectives of teachers and students, for these investigations it is necessary to have computational tools to carry out the data registration, in the state of the art it is shown that Google forms is the most used technique as a mechanism for data registration, having some risks such as data security, for which a proposal for a mobile application is presented, as a means of recording data when trying to implement a questionnaire to conduct surveys, thereby increasing the security in data collection. The proposed methodology is to use a mobile application that can provide portability, and security when working with confidential information, the results show that questionnaires can be implemented to apply surveys such as self-perception of academic performance, which demonstrates the applicability to be applied and scaled the method in other surveys.
