Conciencia Ambiental y Manejo de Residuos Sólidos en los Colaboradores de una Empresa De Bombeo De Concreto en el Distrito de Villa El Salvador, Lima 2022

The main objective of this research is to determine if there is a relationship between "environmental awareness" and "solid waste management" in the collaborators of a concrete pumping company in the district of "Villa el Salvador", Lima 2022. The type of research is applied, with a non-experimental - transversal design, inductive - deductive method and correlational level. The population was the personnel of the concrete pumping company Bombas Zach Perú S.A.C. in the district of "Villa el Salvador" and the sample corresponded randomly to 5 administrative collaborators, 5 operative collaborators and 5 collaborators of the maintenance area of the company. The survey technique was used as a tool for data collection applied to the employees of the concrete pumping company. Expert validation was used to determine the validity of Cronbach's alpha and instrument to determine the reliability of each instrument whose value reached 0.953, demonstrating its reliability. The results of the study reflect the existence of a relationship between the variables "environmental awareness" and "solid waste management" in the collaborators of a concrete pumping company in the district of "Villa el Salvador", Lima 2022 at a high positive level, according to the statistical value "Pearson's r", where the correlation coefficient "r" is 0.748, which indicates a high positive correlation, and the significance level (bilateral) is 0.001, which is below 0.01, which corroborates the relationship between the two variables.
