CrowdLaw y democracia deliberativa: reflexiones sobre la legitimación democrática de las decisiones públicas mediante las nuevas tecnologías

CrowdLaw emerged in recent years as a proposal based on the application of a series of methods and tools that use new technologies as a basis to generate an interaction between citizens and public institutions in political decision-making processes. It is hypothesized that this proposal for citizen participation in political decision-making has the potential to satisfy the conditions proposed by deliberative democracy to legitimize political decisions. However, its success in terms of endings, can only happen if it is accompanied by a process to overcome the digital divide and inequality, as occurs in the case of Internet access.
