N2 - The main purpose of the study was to know the association between the culture of innovation and the business creativity of entrepreneurs in the district of Aucallama, Peru. The research was characterized by having a quantitative approach, being basic and with a non-experimental – transversal design and a correlational scope. We worked with a census sample consisting of 76 entrepreneurs residing in the Aucallama district, to which two questionnaires were applied, the first of these to measure the innovation culture variable with 27 items, and the second to measure the business creativity variable with 23 items. Both instruments reported high reliability, evidenced by Cronbach coefficients of 0.918 and 0.915, respectively. The results showed a statistically significant association (Rho=0.755; p<0.001) between both variables, which indicated a positive relationship of considerable magnitude. In conclusion, it is inferred that an efficient culture of innovation is related to high levels of business creativity. Finally, the work fulfilled its objective of exploring the relationship between the culture of innovation and business creativity, within the limits imposed by the specific context of Aucallama and the available resources.
