N2 - The present work was elaborated with the purpose of implementing different process engineering tools in the modern regenerative medicine company in the city of Trujillo, Peru. The work included an initial diagnostic stage, where different problems were identified, such as incorrect planning for the requirement of medical supplies and deficient maintenance plan for machines. For the solution of these problems, two alternative solutions were proposed for each problem, which were evaluated with 6 concrete restrictions and the most optimal and appropriate one was selected, to determine which tools are best suited to the current context of the company. The tools implemented were Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and the results were compared with appropriate engineering standards to determine their impact. Finally, an annual cost reduction of S/1692.24 was obtained and at the same time the impact of the implementation of these tools was evaluated, obtaining an IRR of %54, an NPV of S/24, 928.02 and a B/C of 5.5.
