Resumen
The research investigates the sociocultural remains to be faced so that the expression of human rights occurs as female emancipation by allowing women to exercise political power in Latin America. It describes the ideological flaws that circumscribe feminine practices to the care of the home, while the patriarchy decides the common assets. It insists on liberation as the appropriation of government decision-making power in favor of democratic societies, by basing relationships on consensus. It dismantles contemporary totalitarianisms in order to provoke democratic legitimacy through the validation of different human ways of being. In this sense, it advocates the dialogical encounter between the genders to make just societies possible. It is a study carried out through the deductive rationalist approach of a bibliographic nature.
