N2 - Odoo ERP in the documentary process of an SME in the environmental sector, in the city of Trujillo, Peru.A Pre-Experimental research approach was followed, where data collection techniques such as survey, observation, documentary analysis and interview were used.For the selection of the software, the MSSE methodology was used, which consists of 4 phases, where Odoo was the system that met the company's requirements.Within what corresponds to the implementation, the SCRUM methodology was used, which specifies the following stages, Stage 1: Initiation, Stage 2: Planning, Stage 3: Implementation.With this, it was concluded that the development contributed to increasing the quality in the process, which is evident in a 99% improvement in execution time and man-hour costs, productivity of 10%, efficiency of 83%, and user satisfaction in an average of 46% and a cost benefit of 2.3, which means that the project is profitable.The article is described in introduction, state of the art, objectives, material and methods, methodology for ERP implementation, results, discussions, and conclusions.
