Resumen

The purpose of this study is to learn about the use of expert systems in Brazil in criminal law and to describe their characteristics and use by the Peruvian State. After analyzing, contrasting, and comparing the information collected, it was found that Brazil has been applying three expert systems with positive results, unlike Peru, which, although it has made great progress in digital administration, has not yet implemented expert systems.
