Gestión administrativa y su relación con la cadena de abastecimiento en una empresa de transportes, 2022

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between administrative management and supply chain in the transport company Pacheco Villalobos SAC, Trujillo, 2022, for which a type of correlational level research, quantitative approach and non-experimental design, was developed. applying two questionnaires as data collection instruments to a sample made up of the 14 employees of the company. As descriptive results, it was obtained that the level of management of administrative management in the company is perceived as regular according to 50% of the collaborators; while 42.9% of the employees surveyed also consider that the management of the supply chain in the company is regular. As a general conclusion, the existence of a significant relationship of high degree (sig.<0.05: Rho=0.783) was demonstrated between administrative management and supply chain in the transport company Pacheco Villalobos SAC, Trujillo, 2022, therefore that, by improving the administrative management of the company, proportionally there will also be a better management of the supply chain in this company.
