Gestión de procesos internos de calidad y su relación con la competitividad de Agronegocios Adriancito S.A.C., Trujillo, 2023

The objective of this research was to determine the degree to which the management of internal quality processes is related to the competitiveness of the company Agronegocios Adriancito S.A.C. in the city of Trujillo during the year 2023. For these purposes, a quantitative, cross-sectional, no-experimental and correlational research was chosen, in which the survey was used as a data collection technique and standardized instruments were applied to study the variables, to measure the management of internal quality processes the items of an internal audit questionnaire of ISO 9001 Quality were taken into account and for competitiveness a standardized questionnaire of the IDB Competitiveness Map was used. These instruments were applied to a sample of 12 company employees. As a result, a correlation coefficient of 0.423 and a significance level of 0.018 less than 0.05 were obtained, indicating a significant and directly proportional correlation between the variables.
