N2 - The objective is to reduce unnecessary costs for the teaching staff at the Porvenir school in Trujillo. We carried out a diagnosis of the school's teaching staff. The main causes identified were the lack of training and commitment of the teaching staff to the institution. This is seen by not reaching the goal of enrolled students. We apply statistical control and quality management tools, such as DOP, Ishikawa, Pareto, Matrix of indicators to identify each root cause. We also use the quality function deployment (QFD) which is the Quality House, Failure Modal Analysis and Effects (FMEA), and finally we close with the DMAIC Six Sigma Methodology (six sigma) that helps us reduce costs. Finally, we obtained positive results, we managed to reduce the monetary loss of each root cause, achieving better statistical behavior of the indicators, we could see that Level Z improved in each of the indicators. The initial loss was S/ 40,350.30 soles and the improved loss was S/ 8,653.00 soles, obtaining a profit of S/ 31,697.3 soles.
