Inteligencia de negocios y su influencia en la toma de decisiones Juzgados civiles Corte Superior de Justicia, Huaura

This project proposes the implementation of Business Intelligence based on the new EVOLUTION methodology for decision-making in the Documentary Processing Area of the civil Courts of the Superior Court of Justice of Huaura, structuring the appropriate development methodologies, which will improve the analysis of the issuance of reports, in this way prioritizing compliance with established deadlines of judicial processes, as well as the response time of the information. Regarding the research methodology, the Basic and applied type of study was used. The Descriptive and Predictive research level. For the research method, pure Experimental was used, and direct and indirect observation techniques were used. The purpose of implementing Business Intelligence in the area of documentary processing of civil courts, is to have a tool that allows measuring the time and the amount of reports appropriate to an optimal structure, emphasizing continuous improvement, in addition to its growth and productivity of each stage of the judicial process, giving better results that will have an impact for the Superior Court of Justice of Huaura.
