N2 - Currently, there is an increase and great demand for products in the electronic sector, such as their return or returns, which is important in the planned and controlled return of reverse logistics, this helps the company to reduce costs, this is why the objective of this work is to apply tools for reverse logistics, which contributes to optimization and increased sales in a company, the application was carried out using lean production methods (VSM, takt time, Cycle time), the case study was applied in an after-sales services company. The results initially showed a deficiency in production and by applying the tools, efficiency was obtained by reducing the process time from 120 minutes to 90 minutes, the repair of returned products, obtaining spare parts and operational products and in turn the increase in income for the company of 490.48%
