N2 - The present pre-experimental study was carried out with the objective of improving tourism in the La Libertad region beaches by focusing on attracting more tourists while promoting the economy of the local tourist services, which were affected statistical by the lack of visitors due to the pandemic. The data was collected using surveys on the level of satisfaction of a group of 46 tourists visiting the beaches of La Libertad, the survey focused on the beaches, tourist services, safety and economic evaluation of each beach visited. The results demonstrated that the implemented mobile application had a positive influence on the distribution of information on beaches in the La Libertad region.
