Modelo de gestión de procesos para la gestión administrativa de una Empresa PYME del Sector Transporte

The objective of the research was to design a process management model for the administrative management of a SME company in the transport sector. The methodology used for this is a non-experimental descriptive design and applied cross-sectional classification. A technical visit was made to find out the situational status of the company and a questionnaire validated by expert judgment and Cronbach's Alpha with 0.85 for the Process Management variable and 0.76 for the Administrative Management variable were applied. The main results identify opportunities for improvement in certain company processes related to its administrative management, which are: Payment of personnel, Hiring of personnel, Training, Document management and control of accidents and incidents. Consequently, the modeling of the AS-IS processes is carried out, identification of improvement opportunities and the proposals raised with their respective TO-BE processes duly modeled through the Bizagi software. In this sense, it concludes with the design of a process management model for the administrative management of the company, with the purpose of improving said management through the improvement of its processes. In addition, management indicators are proposed that allow measuring their performance.
