Propuesta de implementación de herramientas Lean Manufacturing para aumentar la productividad en la empresa Grupo Forestal SAC, Trujillo 2023

The objective of this research was to determine the impact of a proposed implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to increase productivity in the company Grupo Forestal SAC. The investigation began by carrying out a diagnosis of the entire production process of the company, reflecting a total productivity of 90.40%. Likewise, it was observed that the results in terms of efficiency and effectiveness were not adequate and could be improved. The results achieved after implementing lean manufacturing tools in the company were: the average reliability of machinery increased to 93.73% and average availability to 98.65%, a decrease of 00:13:31 minutes in the production process and a efficiency value at 98.95% and effectiveness at 95.20%. Concluding, that by implementing lean manufacturing tools, it had positive impacts on productivity, obtaining a final productivity of 94.20% in the year 2024.
