Propuesta de lean manufacturing para reducir costos operativos de una empresa de lácteos, Cajamarca 2024

The present investigation aims to make a proposal for Lean Manufacturing to determine the influence of operating costs in a dairy company, it is important to remember that this research is quantitative approach, propositive type, pre-experimental design, with a study population in all processes of a dairy company, the evaluation is carried out from May to August, as data collection techniques were observation, interview and survey with which it was obtained that the use of Lean Manufacturing tools does positively influence operating costs presenting a reduction; through TPM tools, 5S methodology and staff training, allowing benefits of S / 2,984.83, S / 3,013.25 and S / 496.40. Likewise, an economic and financial evaluation was developed in which it gives us a positive NPV of S /. 315.08, monthly IRR of 5.04% and a B / C of 2.00.
