Propuesta de Mejora para incrementar la Rentabilidad en la Empresa Agroindustrial Danper. Trujillo

The main objective of this research work is to increase productivity and profitability while reducing costs at the “Danper Trujillo” company using improvement tools. A diagnosis of the current situation is conducted, and it is observed that the raw material classification area has the highest level of criticality due to the number of non-compliances caused by a lack of capacity in the production lines. The methodology to be applied in the study is established, along with the tools to be used for research, such as the Ishikawa diagram, which will identify the root causes to subsequently analyze the improvement costs of the issues negatively affecting profitability, such as lack of machinery maintenance, production planning deficiencies, production line capacity limitations, and lack of activity supervision. Furthermore, a proposal of methodologies and tools is presented to control operational processes. Once the results have been determined based on all the analyzed and collected information, an analysis of the results is presented to substantiate the evidence provided with quantitative data. A proposal for improvement in critical areas to increase the company's profitability is implemented. The proposal projects a benefit of S/ 209,762.00.
