Resumen
The use of information and communication technology (ICTs) by health professionals and patients has grown with the Covid-19 pandemic because it reduces the risk of contagion. The objective of the study is to present contributions and publications related to the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) applied to telemedicine. A bibliometric study was carried out using the Web of Science (WoS) database, with 115 articles. It is concluded that the first publication was carried out in 2009, that the concentration of the studies is around the studies of Venkatesh, Hurst, Connelly, Hussain and Alam, and that the keywords to relate the UTAUT theory applied to the The use of ICTs in telemedicine highlights the factors of “performance expectation”, “effort expectations”, “facilitating conditions”, as well as the moderating variables of “gender” and “age”.
