N2 - Without an adequate technological solution, catalog management processes were manual and inefficient, making it difficult to consult and update catalogs. In this context, the implementation of an optimized online catalog management system with parallel processing sought to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and the satisfaction of employees involved in catalog management. The study is applied, with a quantitative approach and pre-experimental design. The sample consisted of 32 employees who worked directly with catalog management. Key performance indicators (KPIs) were evaluated: system response time, data update accuracy, reduction in operating costs, and user satisfaction level. The results obtained were highly positive. System response time was reduced by 69.95%, from 8.7 minutes to 2.6 minutes, which optimized operational efficiency. The accuracy of online catalog updates increased from 80.66% to 96.99%, achieving a 20.25% improvement, which reduced errors and improved data reliability. In addition, operating costs were reduced by 32%, from 15,000 soles to 10,200 soles. Finally, user satisfaction increased by 97.93%, reflecting a significant improvement in employee well-being. This system outperformed previous research, especially in terms of cost reduction and data accuracy improvement, validating the effectiveness of parallel processing. The agile Scrum methodology was key to efficient management, allowing for rapid adaptations. Validation with users and experts improved the usability and technical robustness of the system.
